Welcome to my web page and congratulations on taking your first step to achieving your goal. Whether you need help to lose or gain weight, improve your fitness or need some assistance to recover from an injury, I can help. I offer packages, favourable rates and prices to suit everyone and if there isn’t a package you see, contact me and we can discuss it.

Personal fitness training is for everyone - not just for the rich and famous. Many people benefit from having their own personal trainer to help them stay motivated and see real progress toward their fitness goals and a healthier lifestyle.

We all hear so much about how important it is to exercise regularly and eat properly, but what are the actual benefits of personal training? For a start, you’ll feel more energized and you’ll see an increase in your self-esteem (how you view yourself). As a personal fitness trainer based at Wittering, near Stamford and Peterborough, Cambs I provide one-to-one personal training to clients in the immediate area. I can travel to see a client if required. The fitness training takes place in the client's own home or workplace. Training may also take place outdoors in a local park where power walking, jogging or running is required as part of an individual's training programme (depending on the British weather of course!). Additionally, I have a small gym of my own that contains all the equipment required to provide a comprehensive PT session. This is especially important for new clients who don’t want to join a gym until they ‘learn the ropes’ a little and feel more confident in their abilities.

All personal trainers vary in their approach, style and philosophy towards achieving a healthy and balanced lifestyle. It’s therefore important you find a personal trainer who is right for you and who you feel comfortable with. I have refined my unique and individual approach over many years of helping others achieve their very best; I believe firmly in teamwork, encouragement and motivation – and I get results.
